Nodox.ai is an online learning platform that provides hands-on automation challenges, quizzes, and educational content for learning workflow automation tools like n8n, Make.com, and Zapier.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

Basic access to select challenges and content is available for free.

Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions provide access to all content and premium features. Subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at checkout.

Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, contact us at hi@nodox.ai within 14 days of purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Submit false or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Nodox.ai, including challenges, quizzes, text, graphics, and code examples, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. Code snippets provided for learning purposes may be used in your own projects.

7. User Content

When you submit webhook URLs or other content as part of challenges, you grant us a limited license to process that content for providing the Service. You retain ownership of your workflows and automations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Educational content is provided for learning purposes. We are not responsible for how you apply knowledge gained from our platform in real-world scenarios.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
